Reduce differential bushing deflection and minimize wheelhop with polyurethane differential bushings from BMR Suspension. Polyurethane is a synthetic polymer that has many properties that make it far superior to OEM rubber bushings. Polyurethane deflects far less that soft rubber, and it doesn’t breakdown from exposure to petroleum products, road salt, ozone, and other elements of the harsh undercar environment suspension bushings live in. BMR’s polyurethane differential bushings (BK001) drastically increase differential stability over the factory rubber bushings. The bushings are molded from 68-durometer polyurethane, which reduced bushing deflection, while still absorbed road noise and engine vibrations. This allows you to increase performance without decreasing comfort.
BMR’s polyurethane cradle bushing inserts drastically increase cradle stability over the factory rubber bushings. The bushing inserts are molded from 95-durometer polyurethane, which reduced bushing deflection by filling the large voids in the factory bushings. This design reduces deflection and improves the overall feel of the car, while still absorbed road noise and engine vibrations. This allows you to increase performance without decreasing comfort.
Designed for street performance applications, BMR cradle insert bushings enhance the rear stability of the vehicle by minimizing cradle movement. This provides a much more stabilized and predictable platform that permits the suspension to more accurately do its job. The OE bushings are designed with air pockets in the soft rubber bushings. Rather than replace the entire bushings, the BMR cradle insert bushings fill these voids, limiting the inherent movement of the factory design. There is no discernible increase in ride quality or noise level with this modification. BMR Differential Bushings minimize power robbing differential movement by replacing the OE soft rubber bushings with high durometer 4-piece polyurethane bushings. The 68-durometer polyurethane bushings effectively minimize wheelhop without contributing to road noise or driveline vibrations. BMR differential bushings should be considered an absolute must for any type of high performance driving.
BMR Suspension’s BK020 Rear Cradle Bushing Kit comes in red and black with zinc-coated inner sleeves. Installation time is about 6-7 hours and may vary depending on stock bushing removal technique. Proudly made in the U.S.A.!
